产品形貌Description
白色结晶、颗粒或结晶性粉末。无臭或带细微丙酸气息。作为餐饮添加剂一样平常利用一水盐。对热和光波动。有吸湿性。易溶于水（40%），不溶于醇、醚类，10%水溶液的PH值为7-10。 Calcium Propionate is a white powder or crystal, is odorless, or slightly smells propionic acid, and stable to heat and light. It is highly hydroscopic, soluble inwater (50g/100ml) and insoluble in ethanol and ether. Under the acidic condition, it generates free propionic cid which has antibiotic effect.
